AI Readiness Assessment
Know exactly where AI is worth it, before you build.
Two stages, both free, both on this page. Stage one puts a number on the time and cost sitting in specific work. Stage two scores where you stand on data, governance, team, and process, and names your widest gap. It tells you what is true, not what to do about it.
How the assessment works
A method, not a slide deck of buzzwords.
The assessment runs one clear method. It names the kind of return you are chasing, places the opportunities by effort and impact, and puts a monthly number on the work. It measures where you stand. What to build, and in what order, is the judgment the briefing and the audit exist to provide.
1. Name the return you are chasing.
AI pays off in three ways. The assessment names which one your best opportunities pull, so the roadmap chases real return, not novelty.
- Effectiveness It makes more money.
- Efficiency It saves time.
- Quality It improves the quality of the work.
2. Map every opportunity by effort and impact.
Each opportunity lands in one of four places. Two matter most: quick wins, the immediate return you take first, and major projects, the high-impact work that is scoped as a governed build.
3. Put a monthly number on it.
At your scale the return is departmental: hours reclaimed across a team, multiplied by a loaded hourly rate, minus what the tools cost. We compute it from your own numbers and show the math. The exact figure is confirmed in the assessment, so no number is promised here.
The major projects the assessment surfaces are where most of the cost is sitting, and they are scoped as a governed build, the second rung of the engagement.
Free tool, or the paid audit.
Free and automated: both stages below run instantly in your browser from the numbers and answers you enter. No login, and nothing is stored on our side. Your results appear in full without an email address. Two things, and only these two, ever send anything: if you choose to have a copy emailed, and if you click through to book, in which case your profile summary travels with you so the conversation starts from your numbers. You can see exactly what is attached before you send it. Paid and senior: the AI Readiness & Governance Audit ($7,500 or $12,000) is a two-to-three-week engagement where we validate those numbers, add a governance and compliance gap analysis, and hand you a prioritized roadmap and a risk register you own. The free map points you in. The audit is the work.
Stage 1 · your Quick Map
Stage 1: your Quick Map.
Nothing is simulated. You set the inputs, and the map, the monthly return, and the next step are all computed live from your own numbers, with the math shown. No data leaves your browser.
