Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use this site. Here is what we do, and how to tell us when we fall short.

Our commitment
IntellaGrow is committed to making this website usable for as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA and treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build and maintain the site.
What we do
We build this site with accessibility in mind from the start, not as an afterthought. Specifically:
- Semantic HTML: pages use meaningful headings, landmarks, lists, and labels so screen readers can interpret structure and content.
- Skip links: a "skip to content" link lets keyboard and screen-reader users bypass repeated navigation.
- ARIA where it helps: we use ARIA attributes to describe interactive components and states when native HTML is not enough, and we avoid using it where native elements already convey the meaning.
- Keyboard navigation: interactive elements can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and focus is visible as you move through the page.
- Reduced-motion support: we respect the operating-system "reduce motion" setting and turn off non-essential animation for visitors who ask for it.
- Adequate tap targets: primary controls are sized to at least 44 by 44 pixels so they are easier to tap on touch devices.
- Color contrast: we aim for text and interface contrast that meets the WCAG 2.1 AA thresholds.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is not a one-time checkbox. As we add and update pages, we review them against these standards and fix issues we find. No website is ever perfect, and some areas may fall short, so we welcome your help in finding and fixing problems.
Third-party content
Some parts of the experience, such as the live-chat widget, are provided by third parties. We choose providers that take accessibility seriously, but we do not fully control their code. If you hit a barrier with a third-party component, please tell us and we will do what we can to help, including offering another way to reach us.
