The principal
I'm Mark Holland.
For more than two decades in Fortune 500 IT, I have done one thing: take messy, manual, high-stakes operations and turn them into systems that run cleanly and prove what they did. Long before AI, that meant automating business processes and streamlining operations across telecom CRM and merger integration, regulated data platforms at enterprise scale, and cloud migrations on Azure and AWS. In a core regulated process, the automation I led cut the staffing it required by about 62 percent, which freed the most expensive people in that process to spend their time on work only they could do instead of administrative tasks that never needed them.
AI is simply the most powerful tool I have had for that work. Today I architect AI compliance and audit-automation systems inside a large regulated enterprise.
