I'm Mark Holland.
For more than two decades in Fortune 500 IT, I have done one thing: take messy, manual, high-stakes operations and turn them into systems that run cleanly and prove what they did. Long before AI, that meant automating business processes and streamlining operations across telecom CRM and merger integration, healthcare data platforms for major insurers, and cloud migrations on Azure and AWS. In pharmaceutical regulatory systems, the automation I led cut the staffing a core regulatory process required by about 62 percent.
AI is simply the most powerful tool I have had for that work. Today I architect AI compliance and audit-automation systems inside a regulated, Fortune-class healthcare-data company.
