What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website can store in your browser. They are commonly used to keep a session working, remember preferences, or measure how a site is used. Some sites also use cookies to track visitors across other websites for advertising. This site does not do that.

Our analytics are cookieless

Our website analytics are provided by Netlify Analytics, which is server-side and cookieless. It measures aggregate site traffic from server logs without setting any cookies on your device, without tracking you across other sites, and without building an advertising profile of you. Because of this, our analytics require no cookie consent and place nothing on your device.

Interaction events, also cookieless

Alongside those server-side counts, the site includes a small in-page layer that notes anonymous interactions, for example that a call-to-action was clicked or a form was submitted, so we can tell which pages actually help people. It sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device, and carries no name, email address, or message text.

Cookies set by our chat and booking provider

The only cookies set on this site come from our customer-engagement provider, HighLevel (LeadConnector), which powers the live-chat widget and the scheduler embedded on our booking page. When either of those loads, it may set cookies for the following purposes:

• Session continuity: to keep your live-chat conversation or your booking session working as you move between pages and to remember that a chat is open.
• Security and abuse prevention: to help the provider load the widget safely and protect it against misuse.

These cookies are set by HighLevel (LeadConnector) as the provider, and their use is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy practices. If you never open the chat widget and never visit the booking page, these cookies are not needed for you to read the site.

Other browser storage

Cookies are not the only way a site can keep something on your device, so for completeness: this site uses browser local storage in exactly one place. When you dismiss the cookie notice at the bottom of the page, we save a single value so the notice does not come back on your next visit. It holds no personal information, it is not sent anywhere, and clearing your browser's site data removes it.

Cookies we do not use

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party marketing cookies on this website.

How to control cookies in your browser

You can view, block, and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you clear existing cookies, block cookies from specific sites, or block third-party cookies entirely. Look under the privacy or security section of your browser's settings, or use its help feature to search for "cookies." Clearing your site data also removes the local-storage value described above. Blocking cookies may affect the live-chat widget and the booking scheduler, but it will not affect your ability to read the rest of the site.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as the site changes. When we do, we will update the effective date above.
